Improvement of quality of personnel
--- Various training programs

To ensure safe and efficient real estate marketing, quality of personnel should be improved indispensably. FRK provides extensive, organized and repetitive training to employees of member organizations to support enhancement of their quality.

  1. Educational training for entry-level employees
    Systematic educational program is provided to entry level employees with professional experience of less than three years.
  2. Advanced programs (for specialized subjects)
    Practical education on a specific subject is provided to employees with considerable professional experience,to build up their practical business skills. 
Seminars

Seminars on various subjects, such as taxation on land and houses, trend in land prices, financing arrangements provided by the Housing Loan Corporation and other timely subjects, are provided to members, by inviting experts from the relevant organizations as speakers.

Research and Survey

FRK conducts research and survey to contribute to promotion of the real estate marketing business, such as:

  1. Research of posted prices, benchmark land prices and property values subject to inheritance tax, and purchase prices of signed contracts
    Research on actual market trend is conducted to provide the members with information on posted prices and other appraisal values as well as other transaction-related reference materials.
  2. Survey on consumer's behavior in relation to real estate marketing
    Various surveys are conducted for specific subjects as needed.
International activities

The Association is a member of The International Real Estate Federation(based in Paris), an international organization of realtors, and has been collaborating with the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) in England and National Association of Realtors (NAR) in the U.S. to expand its activities internationally.

Publicity

"Home Navi", the Association's home page on the Internet, provides information to members and general consumers, such as introduction of the Association and member organizations, results of research and survey conducted by the Association and other information. Results of researches and surveys are also published in various types of mass media including newspaper. In addition, the Association publishes its bulletin "FRK" every two month to communicate the activities of the Association to the members.
