Besides the General Assembly and the Board of Directors, FRK is organized into several representative councils respectively responsible for designated duties, in order to pursue the purpose of this Association efficiently:

1. Administrative Council
   Discusses issues related to organizational structure, finances and other matters required to be approved by the Board of Directors, and performs duties not designated to other councils.
   
   
   
2. Distribution Council
   Formulates business plans, collects published materials and conducts research studies.
   
   Responsible for collecting and distributing information. Communicates with and coordinates activities of designated distribution organizations and other related bodies.
   
   Performs activities related to publicity, publication and advertising, and performs activities related to education and training of member organizations' personnel.
   
   
   
3. Internet Operation Council
   Operates "HOMENAVI", real estate information retrieving service.
   
   
   
4. Ethics and Mediation Council
   Handles complaints, mediates disputes and works to prevent conflicts.
   
   
   
5. Business Council
   Prepares the opportunities of exchange of business information among our membership companies. Provides our membership companies with useful information on real estate transactions.
